Rewrite using gnunet-vpn

Replaced my gns PKEY with the zone I had put in gnunet.pin.alt.

Removed gns handling: this should probably be done by the user since the record can be used by many repos.

Fix pull issues: the sleep needs to be as long as the repo cloning
